A German-style Ale that is fermented at cooler temperatures to provide a crisp, clean, taste. Our Kölsch is hopped with German noble hops to provide a spicy, herbal aroma that quickly gives way to a soft, sweet aroma and flavor from the use of Pilsner and Wheat malts. This beer is perfect for those wanting a lighter, refreshing beer to enjoy out in the yard or at a game.

As a brewery comprised of New Englanders, we felt it was time to showcase our interpretation of a style that has hometown roots. Our New England IPA features golden haze from our yeast and enormous hop additions within the whirlpool and throughout fermentation. Of the 60 pounds of hops used, 42 pounds were used in the dry hop, providing a juicy tropical fruit aroma and flavor without the bitterness found in other IPA styles.

An American Amber Ale that balances the nutty/caramel toffee notes from the malt with an earthy, floral flavor from the hops.

Second City Waves is our take on the classic and iconic West Coast IPA style. This beer hits you with waves of grapefruit and pine flavors and aromas that give way to a characteristic bitter grapefruit finish.

Hyphy is a blueberry kettle sour brewed in collaboration with Bitter Pops.  We added lactose to the boil to smooth out the sour finish while providing a foundation that allows the soft aromas and flavors of the blueberries to shine.

Porter's Porter is an American Chocolate Porter that showcases a blend of milk chocolate, light caramel, and medium roast coffee flavors, giving way to a light-bodied finish. Named after our recently departed family dog Porter, this beer is brewed in honor of all of our lost pups.
