A German-style Ale that is fermented at cooler temperatures to provide a crisp, clean, taste. Our Kölsch is hopped with German noble hops to provide a spicy, herbal aroma that quickly gives way to the soft sweet aroma and flavor from the use of Pilsner and Wheat malts. This beer is perfect for those wanting a lighter, refreshing beer to enjoy out in the yard or at a game.

A West Coast IPA that favors late-hop additions to provide a bright citrus aroma and flavor. The bittering hops provide a complementary grapefruit finish, reminding us that the beer is an IPA. The hazy appearance of the beer comes from the healthy dose of dry hopping during fermentation. Any hophead will find that this beer can be enjoyed at any and all occasions.

Historically, Belgian miners would drink a light beer called a Grisette. Often referred to as a table Saison since it shares the same great phenolic characters from the Saison yeast without as much alcohol. This beer pairs perfectly with physical work while allowing you to get the job done.
Miner’s Table Biere is our interpretation of a Grisette style beer. We use a special blend of malts to create a complex and interesting flavor. We brought an American twist to the style by using Azacca hops in the boil. The beer is fermented using our Saison yeast creating the characteristic aromas, flavors, and dryness that you would find in a Saison (Pepper, Clove, and slight Banana).

This Year’s hop growing season is upon us! Green Shoots Double IPA pays respect to the wonderful flower that we all crave. Given the absurd amount used in this beer, we wish for another great growing season so that we may continue producing great hop-forward beers.
Green Shoots Double IPA uses a simple grain bill to allow the complex layers of hops to shine through. Finishing at 8.6% ABV, this beer has a great malt presence with a dry finish. Duly dosed with dry hops, provides a great citrus and tropical flavor and aroma. El Dorado hops are used as the second dry hop to produce a candy-like stone fruit flavor.

It’s hot, humid, and perfect beer drinking weather. While we love our IPA’s and Stouts, there is a time and place for a refreshingly light, crisp, slightly tart fruit beer. Yes, a fruit beer. Our raspberry wheat is perfect for the warm summer days.
The base beer is a light American Wheat ale that clocks in around 4.2% ABV. During fermentation, we use a fresh raspberry pureé to provide an all-natural raspberry aroma and flavor. The pureé also provides a touch of tartness to make the beer even more refreshing.
