KisS Kölsch

A German-style Ale that is fermented at cooler temperatures to provide a crisp, clean, taste. Our Kölsch is hopped with German noble hops to provide a spicy, herbal aroma that quickly gives way to the soft sweet aroma and flavor from the use of Pilsner and Wheat malts. This beer is perfect for those wanting a lighter, refreshing beer to enjoy out in the yard or at a game.

Packy New England Ale

As a brewery comprised of New Englanders, we felt it was time to showcase our interpretation of a style that has hometown roots.  Our New England IPA features a golden haze from our yeast and enormous hop additions within the whirlpool and throughout fermentation.  Of the 60 pounds of hops used, 42 pounds were used in the dry hop; providing a juicy tropical fruit aroma and flavor without the bitterness found in other IPA styles.

Pop Hops Brut Ale

The Brut IPA is a new style of IPA originating from San Francisco.  The characteristics of a Brut IPA features a massive hop aroma and flavor upfront that fades into a bone-dry finish.  Unlike typical IPAs, the Brut lacks the bitterness you’d expect to find.  Our interpretation features El Dorado, Idaho 7, and Simcoe hops producing a candied mix of tropical fruits.

In the Works

Unamed Kettle Sour

Next week we will be brewing our first kettle sour inspired by the traditional German Berliner Weisse bier.  The souring process that takes 24-48 hours to complete, leaving a light-bodied tart ale behind.  Perfect for the summer heat.  Using Lactobacillus within the Kettle allows us to safely sour a beer without the risk of contaminating the rest of the brewery.

We will be taking a portion of this beer and fermenting it with blackberries to soften the tartness and provide a fruited option to our customers.

We will announce the release date once we are satisfied with the end result.
